Bixbite wakes up feeling off colour.
Feeling rather pink instead of his normal red colour (the colour linked to the root chakra) because he is scared about starting a new class at school. He learns various activities throughout the story, such as eating red food, stamping around, singing a song written in the key of the chakra and listening to a meditation. He starts to notice that he gradually starts turning red again. As he turns red, so he feels more and more amazing; as if he could do anything.
Suitable for ages 5-11, this is the first of seven Chakra Monster stories. It is all about the first or root chakra which is linked to the feelings of safety and security.
