Bixbite wakes up feeling off colour. 

Feeling rather pink instead of his normal red colour (the colour linked to the root chakra) because he is scared about starting a new class at school. He learns various activities throughout the story, such as eating red food, stamping around, singing a song written in the key of the chakra and listening to a meditation. He starts to notice that he gradually starts turning red again. As he turns red, so he feels more and more amazing; as if he could do anything.

Suitable for ages 5-11, this is the first of seven Chakra Monster stories. It is all about the first or root chakra which is linked to the feelings of safety and security. It can help children feel more in control; acting as a handy toolbox of tips and tricks. Based on the unique properties of the root chakra, to help children correct and manage any imbalances related to associated feelings.  The adventures of the chakra monsters help children start to believe in themselves, whatever adversities they may be facing. Empowering discovery of their unique superpowers and their special place in the world.
