Author bio: On becoming almost crippled with arthritis Eva took what seemed like the rather silly route of refusing surgery. Now pain & painkiller free she has explained the process of her great biological escape to freedom from pain and stiffness (not to mention all the other stuff) in her debut book; My Brilliant Body. The result of years of studying and applying the principles of the physics and chemistry of food. The second book is due for release soon. New Paragraph

"As the author penned: this isn't another diet book or vehicle to Fleeting trends. This is a wellness book - as well as a Personal Account given by the author who experienced --firsthand-- the benefits of EMpH and wishes to Eagerly and Graciously share it with the world. The book deals with Health down to the cellular level and how you can not only Promote but Maintain your body's Natural Regenerative Properties by what you consume; a Comprehensive outline and point system included for different Food groups. While providing technical information for those who are interested, it feels more like a Dialogue with a Trusted and Well-Meaning companion who wishes nothing More than to set you on the path to enduring Vitality.
Again -- this isn't a "Do this and in 30 days" kind of book, but one Committed to Lifetime of Wellness. If you're Willing to open yourself to Age-old Wisdoms, that can quite Literally, Transform your life -- this is the book for you. Knowing the author personally, more than anything I can say this is the first in a series of Deeply Intimate gestures dedicated to spreading awareness; while also Promoting overall Enhanced Health practices."

"I was invited to read Book 1 "My Brilliant Body - The essential wee book of the rainbow bridge to vitality." with no preconceived idea of what to expect - other than being told it was a reference book with scientific connotations.
Being from a scientific background, I was intrigued to start reading and now that I have perused the book from start to finish - I am even more intrigued! The thinking behind it, and the fact that we can all do more to manage our own body aches and pains through making better dietary choices is something which should surely be of interest to us all.
The book has certainly given me food for thought and if I can improve my quality of life by referring to and acting on guidance and intruction from the book - a no brainer I would say!
Well worth a read and encourages thinking "out of the box" in order to enhance energy levels, enhance concentration and much, much more - all resulting in a much-improved quality of life.

"This wee book has made me look at my body and food in a completely different way. I had no idea the body put such an effort into cleaning the system. Always a great believer in berries. I keep a tub of Blueberries beside me at work in the post office. But had no idea of the strainother things were putting on my body. I will assess food in a completely different manner going forward. Quite inspiring but also quite technical to just read once. I feel it would be better to have a copy on hand to refer to and also to give that wee bit of encouragement. Really thought provoking & being a fellow sufferer of Rheumatoid Arthritis (on Methotrexate!) I consider myself fortunate that you visited. Well done on a brilliant wee book."

"A very interesting book. Most unexpected; enjoyed it as a guide. Would love to see an in-depth continuation with data tables; that would be great. Would also love more on all the relevant research."

"This is a very interesting book, with a lot of really useful advice on healthy eating. I would really recommend it, especially for people with arthritis and rheumatic problems. Perhaps we would all be better eating less fat and more fruit and veg."
