On finding herself in a physical predicament, Eva began many years of research. Including study with various doctors around the world while applying that research to herself. Endeavoring to support the natural vitality of the body she enabled the body to reverse the symptoms of crippling arthritis in herself.  Over the past few years, she has been and continues writing a series of simple books. Designed specifically for anyone who desires to support the body's brilliant natural vitality. 
Author bio
On becoming almost crippled with arthritis Eva took what seemed like the rather silly route of refusing surgery. Now pain & painkiller free she has explained the process of her great biological escape to freedom from pain and stiffness (not to mention all the other stuff) in her debut book; My Brilliant Body. The result of years of studying and applying the principles of the physics and chemistry of food. The second book is due for release soon. 

Eva Rose used to run both children and senior art projects before turning her attention to art psychology with adults. She now lives in Scotland running apprenticeships for reconnecting to the planet and each other while supporting community wellbeing.
