“Loneliness is something that we can each do something about; but we must step forward, rather than back. So, join the conversation about loneliness and let’s take two steps forward, together…” Andy Nazer

Andy has played a pivotal role in the significance of human connection becoming a worldwide priority.

After working with his multi-disciplinary experience in business, health, social care and political sectors of the UK and Europe; Andy joined the Campaign to End Loneliness in 2017.

Small moments of connection matter.

As it’s the simple things that make the biggest difference in our lives.

Loneliness can affect any age in any place. And 2 out of 3 of us will know someone who is lonely. But communication changes the emotional weather. Our connections increase and relationships improve.

Andy empowers people. Especially in the work place, he facilitates finding stronger connections in our increasingly disconnected age.

As well as offering practical advice on how to help others. By sharing successful tools and techniques of reconnection fused with contemporary research, best practice and stories of lived experience from more than a decade of working on these important issues.

"Hello there, my name is Lee, I am a mental health and well-being practitioner. My passion is to help individuals reconnect and reintegrate firstly with themselves and then with the community around them..." Lee Davidson

Lee's journey on how she got here.

Lee grew up in a dysfunctional household involved with drugs, domestic violence, abuse and more. As a child she had to survive horrifying conditions. And went into the care system at 13 and  was living on the streets at 15. From 16 to 18 there was a reprieve in foster care but subsequently spent 10 years in the revolving door of homelessness. Lee tried many times at a normal life but could not settle in any of the environments that she was placed.

Her passion comes from that learning experience of no one asking why she could not sustain a tenancy. Giving bricks and mortar and asking Lee to budget and survive, was what she had been doing since the age of 6. No one can survive entirely on their own, even though Lee kept trying to.

Lee needed help to trust, help to open up to help and to open up to being relational with herself and the people around her.

This is why she does what she does.

Lee helps individuals recognise the survival strategies that no longer serve them. Helps people connect the dots and heal the hurt. Opening them up to the possibility of strength in numbers. Strength and trust in themselves and in the community around them.

A home is only a home when you can settle within its community otherwise you are forever left feeling like you sit on the outside of humanity. Lee offers one to one coaching and therapy as well as community group work, bringing individuals together for support and creating the empowerment that comes with community and connection.

Lee welcomes you Out of the Blue with Lee 🦋 And into a world of Love, connection and community.
