What is the first thing I can do to support my vitality?

Freshly squeezed lemon in a little hot or cold water at the start of every day/meal.

Why?
The short answer is that the chemistry of lemons facilitates the optimum functioning of your cells. Taking lemon water before you eat is optimum but taking it during or afterwards is better than not taking it at all.
What is vitality?

Vitality is the optimum functioning or performance of the cells in your body.
This optimum function is a vital state of enjoying all that you do and being fit to do all you desire to do.
Can EMpH help me against Covid-19?

High EMpH gives your body the optimum cleaning materials to attain optimum cell performance. 
Optimum cell performance is critical for strong lymphatic and immune systems. 
Strong lymphatic and immune systems are the best way of dealing with any virus.
Is supporting Vitality a Vegan diet?

Supporting Vitality is a way of proceeding in harmony with your body and its core requirements for vitality rather than any particular -ism.

So is it an eating plan?

Supporting Vitality is about coming to understand and master applying the principles of supporting the body's vitality. It is all about natural principles.

Will I need to stop eating chocolate or any other of my favorite "un-healthy" foods?

The short answer is NO. However, you can't make an omelete without cracking eggs! There will be times when consumption of these items need to be limited or curtailed for a period. 
Supporting Vitality does not include a lifetime ban unless that is your own decision.

How will I get my nutrition, my protein or be strong if I eat mainly fruit and vegetables?

Ever seen a horse or a gorilla?
Protein cannot be utilized by the body without being processed first. Processing generates waste that needs cleaning up and drains energy. The processing is needed to access the amino acids that the cells can use. That's why animals that eat meat tend to have a long rest period afterwards.
Fruit is the purest form of cell fuel as it is already in the prime state of amino acids, so no energy drain and cleaning comes as part of the package.

Will I go really thin if I start regenerating my body?

That is a probability, but it really depends on how fast you drive your body to regenerate.
Think of renovating a house, you need to strip out all the broken and unwanted damaged materials before you can start rebuilding. It is the same in the body.

Why can't I increase my vitality while eating the same food I've always eaten and my parents have eaten?

The same interpretation generates the same response which generates the same food selection which generates the same outcome. If you are feeling tired and stressed out then eating the same food creates the same internal chemistry which generates the same tiredness etc. Just adjusting the quantity of what you eat lacks affecting the root issue although it can provide temporary relief.

Do I need to count calories?
Say bye bye to counting calories.
Calories are only relevant for lo or no EMph substances if your focus is on weight rather than vitality.
Is there a limit to what vitality can achieve?

The regenerative power of vitality is infinite. However, our ability to fully support vitality depends on many factors. 
Having said that, most people would be astonished at what they can achieve with relatively low level support for their own vitality.
